I have a Huskee 25hp 50" Deck Model 13ar608p731 Basically what is happening is that you start it up put it in to forward gear and hit the pedal to start to go you hear a loud banging noise from the rear end area but it could possibly be traveling. It moves and will go but you hear the noise. It has no reverse if you put it in reverse and try to go the pulley on the rear end just spins. If I take the belt off the rear end pulley and push it back and fourth you hear nothing and it moves smooth. The belt also looks like its in poor shape.
Any ideas anyone? Maybe a bad pulley or something or is the rear end done?
Any help would be appreciated

The pulley may be loose on the shaft, see if the key is sheared. If the problem is internal, you really need to take it to a shop that is familiar with the transmission. It is likely made by Hydro-Gear.

I took off the pulley and everything looks complete and nothing appeared to be sheared off Im guessing its internal but I did notice there is a approx 1 1/2 in chunk missing out of the belt but I dont think that would cause and clicking popping noise like I am hearing
Thanks

Go ahead and replace the belt, you know that it is in bad shape, and then see if noise is still there.

Any differential will do that when the wheels are off the ground.
