Postby galaxieboy » Fri Aug 19, 2011 8:55 am

I am looking for non working Pionjar 120 jackhammers. This is a Swedish made unit under the Atlas Capco name looking for parts units do not have to be complete just not stored under water for years on end  . If you do not have a unit but spare parts I would like to speak with you too.

Also looking to purchase non working Bosch and Bosch Brute Jackhammers.

Thanks again for the look

Hello - I have a question, I'm in dire need of help. I have a Pionjar 120 that I've had for years which works great, however, I had to replace one of the belts and after I did that I can't seem to fit the starter cover back on, properly at least. I think it has to do with the four balls inside that go inside the clutch. After I fit the starter cover on and pull on the starter rope the clutch turns, just once and then when I pull on the rope again the clutch doesn't turn anymore. I had to take the cover back off, re-arrange the balls and when I do the process all over again, the clutch only moves once! Therefore it's never going to start if I can't get the clutch to turn. What's wrong? Should the balls be in a particular position? Any ideas? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
