At what COST ??? Do you know that up to 20% percent of the cost of a new company or expansion of an existing one is due to Government regulation?
I stead of creating even more problems for an industry that is facing ever stiffening competition, why don't you take half an hour and read some things from the people who are fleeing the "Climate Change" camp ? Greenies never like to accept the fact that they have been lied to and were naive enough to drink that flavor of Kool-ade.
Tell me Kid...do you think the Chinese are going to fall for the whole green thing??

I swear man, your like Dale from king of the hill! China doesnt have a polution cap, they have more factories than any where else, thus they have the most polution. Im not saying they have to do all of those corny little things that doesnt really change anything, but if you think the chinese havnt noticed the effect on the environment from all of thier pollution, then your not sane. They arent heartless bastards, its not like helping the environment is on thier top priority list but of course they are going to try. And just because we (america) arent the ones making the biggest mess, doesnt mean we shouldnt clean up ours, my friend.

Im not saying my idea will affect anything but its a start.
