I'm looking at a Briggs and Stratton Elite Series 10,000 Watt Electric Start Portable Gas Generator - 30207
My question is for those who have the Briggs engine that is listed here how many hours can I expect to get out of it?
I like to change the oil every 15-20 hrs. of use.
I blow the dust off as soon as I see it, with 20 lbs. of air.
I will keep it covered but with ventilation to keep the rust down.
I always pull the starter cord until I have resistance to keep the intake and exhaust valves
closed to keep moisture out of the cylinder.
This genny is way more then I need but I know it will never be overloaded.
So CHIME in gentlemen let here what you have to say. How many hrs. do you have on yours?
