Wheel Horse

I'm looking at an old Wheel Horse, model 700 tractor that came up for sale. It's in good shape, must have been stored inside, even the paint isn't too bad. It looks like an all original except the engine is black, seems all the ones I've seen the engine is the same colour as the tractor.
I'm not familiar with this make, is there anything I should look for ? Also, would it be able to handle a small box blade ?
