We have a model 268 Husqvarna that we are NOT able to even get a pop out of. We were thinking it was a similiar problem that we previosly had with a previous 395 Husqvarna chainsaw job. BUT! it isn't the vent as it was with this other model, because the 268 model doesn't come with a vent. Sooo if anyone out there is knowledgeable about this particuliar problem, I would sooo appreciate your response to my forum question... Thank you in advance! Kym

What diagnostics have you performed so far? Do you have spark, cylinder compression and crankcase compression? Is the muffler plugged? is the engine flooding or starving? Follow this trouble shooting flow chart http://www.perr.com/doc/tfc.doc
