| Bulbous Prairie Star (Lithophragma glabrum) Also called a Bulbous Woodland-star, notice each petal is divided into 5 uneven segments and the flower has red bulblets where it attaches to the stem. The calyx is deep red, fuzzy and cup shaped normally with tattered petals. Although similar looking to the Slender Prairie Star, the basal leaves are very deeply notched, similar to the flower. | |
