  buckwheat_strict_gla.jpg - Strict Buckwheat (Eriogonum strictum var. glabrum) Possibly the prettiest of the Strict Buckwheats. The olive green leaves and pure white flowers give it the distinct appearance of a patch of snow from a distance. We have three varieties in the Yakima area (see Cowiche Canyon).
