  broomrape_flattopped.jpg - Flat-topped Broomrape (Orobanche corymbosa) Related to Naked Broomrape, but instead of sending up one flower, it sends up a bunch about 3" high. Like other Broomrapes, it is parasitic and feeds on other plant roots. Found this high on Cowiche mountain.
