| Balanced Rock is probably the most recognized and photographed feature at Snow Mountain Ranch. As you cross the pasture heading toward the main canyon trail, look to your left along the rock columns. It even has its own trail now. This picture was taken at sunrise and turned the land golden. Notice the bottom part not touched by the Sun yet is the normal basalt gray. | |
