| Tessellate Fiddleneck (Amsinckia tessellata) Also called Bristly Fiddleneck, this variety has long bristles, especially on the stem, that get very stiff and prickly when the plant matures (don't touch, unless you have gloves). Notice how the flower has an open throat, as compared to the fuzzy closed throat of Tarweed Fiddleneck. | |
