  agoseris_pale1.jpg - Pale Agoseris (Agoseris glauca var. glauca) Found mainly in mountain meadows. Its leaves are a smooth darker green and larger than variety dasycephala. Agoseris buds are large and have the bract ends pointing outward on the bud, as compared to the smooth smaller buds of the Nodding Microseris, which is also a common yellow meadow flower that looks similar.
