| Bitter Cherry (Prunus emarginata var. emarginata) This makes a sprawling large shrub that is 10' to 15' tall. It is covered with blossoms in the Spring and makes a pretty site to walk by. Has bitter tasting fruit that the birds like later on. This grouping was along the West Ridge trail as you head west beyond the big pine. | |
