1. On-line orders will receive a copy of our invoice, also tracking and shipping information whenever possible. In stock items normally ship within 24 hours.
   
   
2. Whenever we offer prepaid shipping with our orders, we select the shipping method.
   
   
3. Any claims for shortage or errors must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise. Good communication is vital and we want to hear from you promptly about any problems with our system or merchandise.
   
   
4. Any returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase and pre-authorized via an RMA. Shipping is non-refundable.
   
   
5. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items, which must be unused in original boxes, unless item 3 applies. This is what it cost us to return an item to our distributor. Special factory ordered items or electrical parts, boards, modules are non-returnable.
   
   
6. Price quotes for new parts, shortblocks and engines are good for 30 days unless we specify otherwise in the quote. Please check with us before ordering if your price quote is older than 30 days.
   
   
7. All new parts, shortblocks and labor carry a 90-day warranty covering defective material or workmanship. New engines are covered by their enclosed manufacturers warranty statement, usually this is a 1 or 2 year warranty.

Shipping information will be supplied only to our distributors or engine manufacturers and there shippers for delivery purposes only. Credit card information is kept secure and confidential. Your name, email address or telephone number will never be sold or released to anyone.
